Refunds and cancelling

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have used 20 or fewer scans. No refunds on renewals after that.

To ask, write to contact@robustdevs.tech from the email you signed up with. A refund also ends the subscription.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing portal (Account, then Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then you move to the Free plan. There is no cancellation fee.

Good to know

Our payment provider may also refund or reverse a payment on its own, for example to prevent a chargeback. That can happen even when our rule above would not give a refund.
